Seoul Players and Pennyfield Productions are thrilled to announce auditions for their Spring 2012 production of Eve Ensler’s THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES, now in its 14th year! Rehearsals for our production will begin late February, and the show will run weekends May 4th-12th.

Auditions:

Saturday February 4 : 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sunday February : 2:00 – 5:00 pm

*if you are unable to attend the scheduled audition times, we may be able to schedule a separate audition to meet your schedule.

Location: Moonnight (formerly Club After) in Itaewon.

V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. V-Day is a catalyst that promotes creative events to increase awareness, raise money, and revitalize the spirit of existing anti-violence organizations. V-Day generates broader attention for the fight to stop violence against women and girls, including rape, battery, incest, female genital mutilation (FGM), and sex slavery.

Due to the individual process required for actors and minimal amount of group scenes, each actress will only be called for rehearsal 1-2 times a week. The last week of April will require a greater amount of evening and weekend commitment.

We are looking for actresses of all ages, ethnicity, shape and experience. Strong voices, comic timing, compassion, an open mind and fearlessness are key for these roles.
